The night will consist of worship lead by Summit Ok Collective and a special time of prayer for Maisha’s specific needs.
We will also recognize our sponsors who have helped us change lives in the village of Kano. Because of their support, over 630 children in Kenya attend school through Maisha.
In addition to worship and prayer, The Maisha Project will also be launching the 2016 Christmas Box Project. The Christmas Boxes are white, medium-sized cardboard boxes that can be filled with clothes, shoes, school supplies, small toys, hygiene items, and letters. In August, they are loaded on an ocean container and shipped to Kenya, arriving at Maisha just in time for Christmas. We encourage you to pick up a box and begin filling it!
The Maisha Project in Kenya has requested that our summer team bring pads and pens with them. Please bring donations with you to the Maisha Night of Worship!
The Let’s Do Greek food truck will be outside at 6:30 p.m. and worship will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Invite your friends, family and neighbors to worship with us. We hope to see you there!
