Light the Future 2015 is less than one month away! The countdown clock is ticking and getting closer to the night filled with performances, auctions and food. The 18 children from Maisha will soon be on their way to Oklahoma to perform at the gala. Registration is open, now is the time to reserve your space!
The Light the Future Gala will be held at 5 p.m. on Nov. 7 at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum located at 1700 NE 63rd St in Oklahoma City.
Here’s a sneak peak of the order of events for the evening.
Come support Maisha at our annual fundraiser and sing and dance the night away with the Light the Future choir. The Spero Project’s Youth Group drummers will join the choir this year to provide a supercharged drumming experience! Bring your friends, families and neighbors to have a blast while learning more about Maisha. This year’s Fund-a-Building Project at the end of the live auction is the girl’s dormitory at Maisha Academy.
